Things fall apart Part III

Warning:Super long post ahead!Sit down with a cup of coffee...
Now where was I in this long story of mine?Oh!Unpaid bills! Now what happened is that the donors that the Big Guy was counting on were not delivering and were not too impressed that this super site was taking forever to go up (It would have gone up a long time ago if he stopped tampering with it!).Oh let me not forget how the rest of the dutch folk would cower in fear at the Big Guy.They would agree to everything he said even if they had offered us a dissenting opinion earlier. When I knew things were are at an all time low is when one of the graphic designers was asked what he thought of the Saturday night meeting he attended.Well this chap was one of those soft spoken, laid back church going people (he was a staunch SDA), he gave his open opinion and said that he didnt like the meeting much. This guy used to have a jovial relationship with the Big guy, they would often crack jokes and hang out for sometime whenever the big guy came to see our work.So the next day the Big guy is looking at this dude's work with the Second in Command aka Pirelli in attendance and all of a sudden Pirelli pips, "Dude did not like the Saturday night meeting!"(WTF!Talk about being a tattle tale!).Of course what happened is that the Big guy asked the dude why he did not like the meeting and dude gave his honest opinions about what he had seen, how the people there were acting, the music, the presentation etc. This lead to their relationship going sour and him falling from favour, from that day on whenever the Big guy used to come to our office, he would never talk to that dude.Anyway back to the story.
So quite a few of the houses that he and the crew had been renting in Runda were in arrears. There was the house we worked in and the one the chics lived in across us and the house he lived in.They were two to three months in arrears. The other folk I think used to pay their own rent as far as I and the rest of my network new.Let me not forget about the friction with the neighbours. These folk had a band that would play at their Saturday service/bash and this band was loud!So the neighbours complained and at first the Big Guy with his arrogance paid them no heed.He forgot that he was in Runda that has a residents organisation. He promptly received a visit from them and had to resort to sending the band to practice at Pirelli's (Second in Command's) House. His house had a large compound and was far from the neighbours' houses, the fact that he had a family didnt deter them from all night practice sessions.During the Big Guy's birthday they held a bash for him and decided as part of the celebration to set off fire crackers
The allowances for the langas (prostitutes) who were to be rehabilitated (which only turned out to be an hour or two of bible study per day and singing training) began to evaporate. The drivers told us that some of the chics had gone back to moonlighting as prostitutes and would lie to their minder that they were going to see their families.Oh lest I forget there were astronomic phone bills as these chics would stroll into our office with scrolls that were filled with cell phone numbers and yak half the day when their minders were away.I too became shameless and called a pal of mine in Kisumu twice, but the Personal Assistant mama won; she called her sis in the States!
Then to add salt onto the wound, the big guy had a post paid account with Kencell. He let his arrears pile up to almost 1M.You ask how this could be done?Well he was very prompt in paying his bills during the early months and was with them over 2 years, so they kept raising his limit and giving him grace periods during which he paid.At one point when Kencell sent debt collectors, half of the time he couldnt be found as he was out of the country trying to swindle people and the rest of the time he would tell the watchmen to say that he was not there. The 1000/= per day cars and the drivers pay was also in arrears.
Then for some reason Pirelli used to think that if we were laughing as we talked that we were doing nothing. One evening we had an interesting discussion and were laughing among ourselves, he passed by our office looked at us and said nothing. The next day he came into our office and gave us a long talk about how serious our work is, how many people are counting on us and how the cash funding the project is almost over (despite the fact we went on working for the next few months).
Let me not forget that he used to hire people to perform at the bashes ie The Longombas, Deux Vultures and he would pay top dollar for them. With the wild nature of the services even they expressed their reservations at the piety of this church.I never went for one of those meetings and watched a video instead, I asked one of my colleagues to go and he said; "If I want to dance with hoes I'll just go to F2 instead of pretending to go to church!"When the Marketing chic left he hired one of the chics for Tatuu to be his assistant of sorts and she used to make good cash (100k or so) but then her pay began to be delayed and she quit.I am sure you all remember her telling the reporters of Pulse that she was considering sueing them. There used to be two chics whom they hired to be doing their housecleaning and cooking but as the funds began to dry up they were fired.Who replaced these chics?Well what the Big Guy did is that he picked some more chics off the street in the name of rehabilitation and made them do that work!
At this point in time most of us knew that the bells were about to toll.So most of us would come into work, pretend to work and look for new jobs or in my case a grad school.
So one afternoon one by one, we were each called in and told that the project was being scaled down.Other then the accountants, one of the networking people, 2 of the graphic designers (the site dummys were the cash cow) we were all told good bye and given a nice golden handshake (It helped pay off my plane ticket!).
Anyway after that we all went on our own ways.People got other jobs and we would find out from people the level of corruption that was going on and how the Big Guy would morphing the church into something else.
I had forgotten about the Church and the company and used to keep in touch with my close pals who worked their once in a while until one of them sent me an e-mail that was supposedly written by the Second in Command.Seems things had come to a head.
Please note that the letter has been written by someone who speaks english as a second language.
I did some research of my own and found some dutch sites where the story continued.I have had the contents translated (thank God for translation sites and will include them after the letter).

LONG LETTER WORTH READING !!!

FROM PASTOR GLENN SIEGERS

January 18, 2006

Hello Dennis, (pastor in the Netherlands, Leiden)

I'll start off right away, because there are a number of things I must absolutely get straight.

Last time has been for me a period of intense pain and extreme rage. Intense pain because I have been witnissing people's lives being messed with in the name of Christianity. Extreme rage, because at times I'm utterly frustrated that I see these practices continuing as before.

This is eating me up and sometimes thrives me to despair. This same despair recently made me commit an act which made me feel sick about myself.

I presented myself on the ‘GCCI abuses site’ as Dennis and I'm disgusted about this deed. I have been sick of it and realise how low this is and how I have done you wrong. I'm deeply ashamed of it and ask you for forgiveness because I have sinned against you in doing so in a backward way. I have been sick of it and I’m really, really sorry!! Please forgive me.(I have tried to find this site but it seems not to exist!)

I am very shocked about where this church war can lead to. It pushes people beyond borders which lie only millimeters from a real armed struggle in which true victims may fall. It has all become an incredibily great mess without precedent. I'm completely done.

Nothing of that which I'm about to write may derogate what I've said above. I very much regret what I've done to you, and this is a standing statement.

My time in Kenya and the period before that has had a devastating influence on my spiritual, physical and emotional well-being. Consequent to the heavy stress, my muscles cramped causing sinews to be jammed. This came up for the first time more than a year ago in Kenya. It seemed like a knife had been rammed in my shoulder. The pain was unbearable and demolishing. Up till now such a pain still sucks me empty. Although the 'knife' has vanished, thank God, my sinews are still painful and burning jammed. I cannot sit too long on a chair because evrything at my left side from the lower back cramps up and the pain extends through my buttock in my left leg and as far as my foot( I think it also has something to do with the uncomfortable cheap ass chairs we used to sit on!Those chairs are one reason I began doing yoga, they really screwed my back and I was not alone. Some people used to bring cushions to work). When I have been walking for less than an hour, my left leg 'switches off' and I return limping. The pain can be compared to when you've been hit with sticks. I have insomnia, and when I'm in bed, my shoulder burns screamingly and both my hands are swelling up painfully red. I’m seriously messed up. This mainly as the fruit of my co-operation with Gert Jan.

After my return to Holland I wanted to make you clear how I was doing and that I had a nervous break-down because of the way Gert Jan treated me and my family. Already in Kenya I broke up completely with Gert Jan, because I was raging mad with him and I still am. I don't want to have anything to do with him again, not now or never. When you 'subtlily' tried to roll over it with your statement that you thought I was just very tired of 'all the other things', I was actually already fed up. It was fine with me; if you wanted to make that from it, it would be your responsibility. You asked me if I would like to personally address the church in order to prevent panic because of my return. I refused, because i just couldn't share the stage with Gert Jan. I did want to write a letter. Because Gert Jan had rubbed it strongly in with me several times that my return to Holland would be the mortal blow to the church in Leiden, I wrote a pacifying letter. Not for Gert Jan but for the church members. I was afraid that things would enroll as described above by my fault. That was the last thing I wanted, therefore my letter.

Shortly after my return to Holland people from outside the GCCI, being very much interested in my story, crowded around me. I have rejected all requests for interviews and I'm still glad I did. I have remained at the side from GCCI and people outside GCCI. Thus I had time to think and draw conclusions for myself. Slowly I began to awake from a dark and confusing illusion. The conclusions I've been able to make rest on my own experience, not on rot talk of others.

Because of my self-drawn conclusions all my fear has turned into rage and total indignation. Indignation because of the fact that I let myself being manipulated outrageously, and rage because I see GCCI just continuing betraying people and wrecking their lives. I'm no longer afraid to tell the truth. If it is the truth that can do harm to a church, that church must be wrong in the first place. And if they would be lies, the lie would be stronger than the truth. Only that what comes from man will be destroyed and if it comes from God, it cannot be destroyed. My aim is not to destroy, but the truth must be heard so that it may bring lies to silence.

I see that Gert Jan consequently keeps all responsibility away from him and blames everyone but himself for the mess caused everywhere. Back-stage he, directly and indirectly, pulls the wires, and woe him that refuses to follow up his commands! When it finally has become a big mess, those who followed up the commands get the blame and Gert Jan thinks himself to be inviolable.

I cannot judge everything completely correctly, but where I myself have been closely involved nobody else can change it. I cannot possibly write a detailed letter about everything I have been going through and therefore will only show you a tip of the iceberg to give you an impression.

I'm sick of the whole Kenya 'adventure'. It was my burden to help the prostitutes, but when I saw how all the promises and contracts were shamelessly broken this was a total sanp off for me.

I was there when during the first Badilika group Gert Jan openly from the stage and in front of the cameras declared that when GCCI would not comply with the contract, the girls could sue GCCI in court. The second group was also given beautiful and big promises by Gert Jan.(What we were told is that the first group of girls had become hard headed)

Let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

None of the 11 girls has ever seen what had been promised. They got deeper and deeper in financial problems because their everyday costs, such as the care for their families, school money, rent, etc, etc just went on. Because they received money from GCCI only scarecely, they had to borrow money to stay alive. With all due consequences. When they were about to leave GCCI because of the financial pressure and their desperation Gert Jan said to me: "At least we get rid of them, then." I was very much concerned but Gert Jan accused me of being more concerned with people than with the ministry.(Isn't Ministry about people?)

At some moment, their financial situation within GCCI became even worse than when they were in prostitution, before. Not one of the girls has remained. They all left and a great number of them have been obliged to take refuge in the sex industry again and are wrapping themsleves around a pole in the club in their lingerie again. Contracts have been broken, but we didn't have to care about that, because the girls didn't have the money to take a lawyer. The word of the man of God appeared to mean nothing at all and their total confusion because of this deceit has resulted in bitter disappointment in those who present themselves as messengers of God, and in God himself. This is the fruit of GCCI.(I bet none of those girls will take an offer of help seriously any time soon!)

My heart is torn to pieces up till now because of all this.

The practice of breaking contracts appeared to be 'business as usual' for Gert Jan from the fact that what happened to the girls was not an incident in itself. The (church) musicians that have been to Holand also had contracts which have been broken by Gert Jan. They didn't get their money and got into financial problems as well, but they too didn't have the money to take a lawyer. Tatu, the Kenyan pop group with the three girls also had a contact with Gert Jan. This also was broken and they too didn't get their money. This is called deceit. Tatu, therefore, actually started a law suit against Gert Jan.(I wonder how that went?Dont forget he also had a hand in Sema breaking up.The fact that he took two of them two Holland minus Pam led to much tension in the group!)

This misery has not been restrained to Kenya alone, but at the moment also takes place in India.

Moses Ebenezer, the National Director of GCCI in India had been prosperous in many areas before he joined GCCI. He had sponsors from America who supported him financially. I've seen many pictures and some videos of his sixty orphanage children. Contrary to many other orphanage children these were happy, well-cared-for and well-fed children in decent clothes. His minsitry had been successfull and flourishing before he joined GCCI. When Ebenezer started working for GCCI he had to give up all his former sponsors and started working for Gert Jan. He had to start up a GCCI office with 12 employees and also to organize meetings to stimulate churches in India to affiliate with GCCI. For a year up to today he never has seen a penny of the money promised to him. This also caused him to go down financially. The amount contractually determined which GCCI (Gert Jan) owes Ebenezer has reached the sum of about 60,000 Euros. He had to borrow money to be able to coninue all GCCI activities. The employees threaten him with a law suit because they have not received their wages and Ebenezer is faced with potential jail-time.(Talk about being screwed!)

Because of all the (financial) pressure he recently suffered two heart attacks and had to send half of his orphans away because he could no longer support them. His wife has left him because he had been as foolish to join GCCI while previously they had been functioning financially prosperous and had no financial troubles.

In this affair I see you (Dennis) also lying and manipulating. It makes me sick. Breaking contracts and not coming up to promises. Deceit.

Param & Yesaiah, former National GCCI Directors in India, got into trouble in comparable ways. Gert Jan had promised them that GCCI would take care of them financially. I have been personnally involved in the monthly transmission of money they needed for their life support. Because GCCI was in financial problems itself, all the promises couldn't be lived up to either, but Param & Yesaiah were kept on a string all the same. The promised money would come, but they had to be patient. Consequently, the brothers also had to borrow money themselves to be able to support themsselves. On advice of Gert Jan they were incited to build an enormous tomb for their deceased mother.

It is rather a cottage with an inner court of 7 by 7 yards, surrounded by a brest-high wall. The grave itself has been shut off by a gitter and there is electricity for lighting inside. They had to borrow money for this also, also on advice of Gert Jan. A capital sum for a tomb for Indian notions. None of the promised money arrived and the brothers and their families went deeper and deeper into trouble. Because they couldn't pay back the borrowed money (up till now), their children had to leave school and Param had to flee to another place because the money-lenders had hired people to kill him. Param has been beaten up with sticks and fists and has been arrested many times by the police.

I personally spoke with pastor John Panicker when he was in Holland. John Panicker had offered part of his land in Trivandrum (Kerala) in India to Gert Jan to build a bible school on it.

300,000 Guilders had been sent by GCCI. With this money immediately building materials were bought and the framework of the ground floor was constructed. The idea was to raise a building of three stories in one go. Because, however, the money was not enough to realise this, pastor John Panicker asked permission to first finish the ground floor so at least this part could be optimally used. Gert Jan told me he didn't want that and that he wanted the building to be finished in one go because it looked better that way. Because, therefore, it was not allow to continue the construction, in the mean-time all the materials worth 300,000 Guilders rotted away by wind and weather and became absolutely useless. Three hundred grand thrown away bluntlessly for nothing.

Pastor John Panicker told me he cried his eyes out, every time he saw the material rotten away lying on his estate. It’s a crying shame.

These are only a few examples which make me stagger when I see the 'I'm so happy' web sites of GCCI. The church members cannot help it, but you know too much to keep the puppetry up. GCCI acts as if nothing has happened and as if everybody is lying to you. And in the mean-time GCCI is busy destroying peoples' lives and leaving a super bitter taste for Christianity.(Talk about how churches pull screens over people's eyes!)

When I recall the last time I had to address the church along with you because Eelko & Erwin (He was the money man ) had left the church and had decided to stand up for themselves, my stomach turns itself.

I had been told that Erwin had stolen a company of Gert Jan on paper. When I heard this, I really went baloney. I had never expected such a thing from Erwin. I didn't see at all why you reacted so timidly to Steve van Deventer who had in fact carpeted you, while they indeed stole a company. I was really fed up and wanted to make short work of it. Gert Jan told me that in the spiritual exactly the same had happened to him as to Jozef Mazereeuw in Kenya. This was because Eelko & Erwin were fighting against him.

I was there when Jozef lay hopelessly dying in a pool of his own blood, croaking on the streets of Nairobi when he was intentionally hit by a car. It was a murder attack. Jozef had a gushing wound in his forehead and I could see his skull; part of his bone came out of his arm and he had broken almost everything one can possibly break. While he was lying there croaking, bystanders ran away with his shoes and had stolen his wallet, money and watch. In the panic they started pulling him because they wanted to bring him to the hospital. Jozef screamed from the pain, I nearly had to fight with the pushing crowds to keep them away from him. They would have killed him out of ignorance. We had to fold him up in a private car while he screamed from the pain in order to carry him half upright to the hospital. Jozef screamed a loud cry from the pain and the shock and thus I brought him to the hospital.(I was told about this but I never knew it was foul play)

This event has been a traumatic experience for me up till today. With this picture in mind and the thought that this was also going on with Gert Jan in the spiritual area, plus the 'knowledge' that Erwin would have stolen a company, I went to Holland to once and for all put an end to all the church rottenness. In addition to that I was already totally lame from my Kenya adventure, so these were all the top ingredients for a true battle.

I had to open the session and was the first speaker. After my first address Gert Jan had called you with the information that if we didn't jump in now, we wouldn't have a bishop any more. It would mean the end for Gert Jan. You told me that if we would be speaking on the level I had started, Herman probably wouldn't leave, so everything had to go in highest gear now. Gert Jan had to be saved and Herman had to move. After your 'speech' you asked me if you had not been too much in the flesh. I said, yes, but it didn't matter because we now had broken that 'thing' and the bishop was saved. When I recall how I and you behaved, I cannot but say we profiled ourselves as true morons.

The shock was even bigger when I recently discovered that Erwin didn't steal a company at all, but that your (Dennis) autograph appears on the papers. You just "tacticly parked" the company yourself and Erwin never had anything to do with it. You have managed perfectly in setting me up with lies. Up to now, you nor anybody else has rectified this lie towards me. Abuse, deceit and lies. I'm sick of it

Through this deception I have done wrong and injustice to Erwin. I have asked him for forgiveness in the mean-time. In Holland Eelko has been indicated as the scapegoat for all the financial chaos and as to Kenya Erwin is the wrongdoer. He would never have given financial reports. I was there in person when Erwin wanted to inform Gert Jan that things couldn't go on like this. Gert Jan didn't want to listen and accused Erwin of wanting to pull the plug and that this would mean the end for GCCI. I was there when Erwin wanted to hand over a financial report to Gert Jan, but he didn't want this because it would not help his faith. I was there when Erwin for a last time wanted to make it clear to Gert Jan that it really couldn't go on like this. From pure misery, because Gert Jan refused to hear it, Erwin broke into tears and collapsed on a table in a hotel. Gert Jan didn't care at all and again didn't want to listen.
(When the money man left we only lasted like 2 months before we were put out to pasture as he used to manage the cash flow)

Now it is said that Erwin has embezzled money in Kenya that was actually intended for others.

In Kenya anything can be bought, also signed statements. Making people sign false statements are mafia practices.(Nice image we have....)

Because in Kenya anything can be bought, many times we were able to turn an infavourable newspaper article about GCCI into a favourable one, simply by shoving money. And that was convenient, because the articels really weren't fair at the time. Gert Jan is co-operating with Francis Omondi in Kenya. This man is no more than an intelligent thief with connections in the right places. He put money in his own pocket I had given him to pay someone else. Thus much more stuck to the fingers of this guy, while girls in the women's house never saw a penny. Gert Jan told me one day regarding Omondi that he knew how to deal with mercenaries: "You had to pay them."(Seems the fact our press is easily influenced is a well known fact, we had always wondered how come very little of what went on made it to the papers)

When I see how everything in GCCI has become one big marketing campaign to the detriment of people, it makes me sick. Big numbers and success stories are thrown around only to show that GCCI is fantastic and real in order to collect money. Whether this happens at the cost of people doesn't matter at all. If only it yields money. One evening Gert Jan and I had gone into the streets of Nairobi and came to talk with two male homosexual prostitutes. We talked no longer than 10 minutes. They said there was a network of about 1,000 homosexual prostitutes in Nairobi. The two boys didn't have any function or position in the organisation at all. Gert Jan said to me, after the conversation with the boys, "It may not sound nice, but we may make money out of this." Now we had to try to get the homosexual organisation on board of GCCI because it made a good story you could make a lot of money with. Following this short conversation with the boys, terrific circular letters were sent with the announcement that GCCI co-operated with a network of 1,000 homosexuals. A big lie based on air.
(Talk about pumping up the numbers!)

In Nairobi existed a church organisation, the ‘Women Of Faith’ supervised by pastor Johnson, an elderly Kenian man. His organisation existed of 300 (ex) prostitutes. Gert Jan had held a number of seminars for these women, but pastor Johnson and his women never were part of GCCI. Yet, in flyers and in Holland it was said that this group of 300 women were part of GCCI. Pastor Johnson was very upset about this and even threatened with a law suit. Gert Jan made Erwin and I excercise pressure on him so that he and his organisation would beome part of GCCI on paper. As pastor Johnson still refused, Gert Jan organised a seminar for the Women Of Faith in which he handed out forms on which the women had to fill out all their data, such as telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. These data made it possible for Gert Jan to contact these women without the help of pastor Johnson and to lure them into GCCI with money. When I told Gert Jan that this was stealing, he swept this away by saying he would make out for himself whom he contacted.

I found my personal stay in Kenya to be a nightmare. Gert Jan’s all-overruling and high-handed meddlesomeness has driven me and my family to frustration and despair.

Contradicting or alternative thinking is not tolerated. In order to come 'in line' with Gert Jan’s mind, regularly one is talked unto for hours and hours, sometimes until deep in the night. From pure misery and exhaustion in the end one starts squinting. One is talked unto until you are in line with Gert Jan. These are pure ‘interrogation techniques’ which make you to psychically break and confuse you. Gert Jan doesn't shrink to manipulate and intimidate one in order to get what he wants. His will be done.

In everything one is made silent with remarks of being natural, egocentric, proud or soulish. Gert Jan in the process uses his position as man of God, the prophet who indeed feels and sees much more than you yourself. Even if you don't see it for yourself, you finally choose to accept it because contradicting the prophet is disrespect and rebellion. In the end it totally breaks your own personality and you are no more than mentally broken and brainwashed

None of his direct co-workers really dares to contradict him and who says he can is just not honest. Nobody within GCCI dares to act normal to Gert Jan except his sister Donate. For the rest all the co-workers are afraid of Gert Jan, including you, Dennis. And if you deny it, you know you're lying.

One day we had an office meeting in Nairobi with Gert Jan, Maria Charles (then Gert Jan’s personal assistent), my daughter Sylvana (offie assistant) and myself. We were talking about the backpayments still open for the rent of the hotel where we had church service each Saturday. Gert Jan asked what measures the hotel management could take about this. I said: "Well, they can refuse us and throw us out." Yelling and in the presence of the above mentioned, he warned me to keep my big mouth shut and shouldn't talk about things I had no knowledge about. You don't need much knowledge to know they can throw you out when you don't pay. It was ashaming and humiliating.

In another incident I had made an error regarding the GCCI web site. Screaming like a pig he was outrageously going out against me while throwing office supplies. The atmosphere was heavy with agressiveness and it seemed that he was about to use physical violence. I know myself in this area and if that would happen I would have caused a serious accident, the more because I was already upside-down of everything. I didn't want this ever to happen, so through time I have learned to put everything aside under the factor ‘not relevant’. If I would have stayed in Kenya the possibility would have been great that, out of pure frustration and despair I would have killed Gert Jan or someone else instead, just to take it out to someone.(The screaming about the errors was regular occurence and what would happen is that the second in Command would be hard on us in return)

These are only some of the highlights typical for relationships with Gert Jan.

Apart from the fact that I was totally fed up in Kenya, my children could no longer go to school, because the school money had not been paid for by GCCI for a year (7,300 Dollar for the school year 2004 -2005). My children have indeed never received their final results because of the backpayment. The only option for Yaleesa to be able to continue her studies was to return to Holland. To be able to start the new semester on time, we had to be back in Holland by August 2005.

My children Ezra & Yaleesa had a great time in school in Nairobi. This was used by Gert Jan to put my children up against me so that they would want to stay in Kenya. When we just had arrived in Holland Yaleesa had been in contact with Gert Jan via MSN. He told her that her father (Glenn) had left too early, because now he had the money to pay for the school. Of course I personally contacted the financial director of the school who described to me only recently that up till today not one penny has been paid for.

At the other hand, the school is kept on a string with the story that the business board of GCCI has to approve the expense first. Gert Jan does not live up to his promises. Gert Jan is even not afraid to use lies in order to put my children up against me.

At first, I wanted to go back to the church in Leiden but Gert Jan and you did not allow it. You didn't want two captains on one ship. Everyone who knows me only a little knows I don't have to be anything at all let alone a captain. It wouldn't have been difficult to serve you. I understood however that the story of the captains was a problem inside you. So it's fine with me. I never want to return to the church in Leiden again.

The same went for my daughter Sylvana, when she returned to Holland in June 2005. Gert Jan urged me to tell Sylvana that she had better find another church. He said to me that thus it could be prevented that Sylvana would have negative conversations with others in church about her experiences in Kenya.(This chic actually ran away due to the drama, she went back to Holland saying that she was visiting a pal and never came back!)

Against all previously made agreements Gert Jan kept me in Kenya against my will. He had already made clear to me that he didn't want to work with me any more if I would return. When I pushed on, I was accused of being a traitor, somebody choosing for himself, one who rebelled against the man of God. Gert Jan also accused me of taking responsibility for my own life and that I listened to my own heart in stead of to the word of the man of God, the prophet. This is outright scary and sectarian! My life has never been his and that will never happen. Gert Jan werden painted out cursing scenarios happening to me and my family should i return to Holland.

When it became clear to Gert Jan that I still would leave, I got screaming and manipulating sms's written with many sentences and capital letters. One of them read: "You are not my friend anymore … and you will never be anymore. BYE." So it had been a friendship based on slavely obedience, you liked it or not. Later, Gert Jan made a nice explanation of it on paper as to what was meant by the sms, but you can't throw handgrenades first and later act as if it was meant as a correction. Moreover, the other sms's where even more manipulative and intimidating.

Gert Jan affirms that he paid the tickets for my return. Another nice marketing story, but unfortunately this is a big lie too. Neither Gert Jan nor GCCI has paid one penny of my tickets. I had to do a lot to borrow money for the trip back for me and my family.

All the rent of the houses we lived in in Nairobi was behind. Stef & Bronwynne have been thrown out of their house for that reason. (Stef was the Big guy's bro in law and the muppet responsible for choosing the crappy comps we were using)My rent was three months behind, but as the rental contract was due to end in August, we had come back to one month backpayment in the weeks before that because of the increasing pressure & threatenings of expellation by the landlady. A number of landlords and the man we hired cars from (he still had to receive about 10,000 Euros) had contacted each other. They were afraid that GCCI would leave Kenya and leave them with the debt. Two days before I would be leaving for Holland, I received a letter from the authorities that I could not leave the country unless I paid the rent. During my stay in Kenya I never received any salary (I never really cared) so all payments like house rent, school money, etc, etc, was paid through GCCI Leiden, just like all other expenses for the rest of all GCCI Nairobi. I asked Stef (who was responsible for finance) what was going on and he told me that he was busy experimenting to see how long he could postpone payments(experimenting?!). I was not exactly charmed by the idea he had been experimenting with me and my family, with the result that we couldn't leave the country. I made it clear to him that it had to be arranged as soon as possible in any way whatsoever. GCCI Leiden, however, had no money left to send either. Gert Jan was the only one having money himself and has then paid one month rent for the house I lived in. Besides the fact that it is no more than normal that an employer takes financial care of his employees, nobody should act as if it has been such a great charity of Gert Jan. When I and my family first arrived in Nairobi in November 2003, I paid from my own pocket, among other things, the due rent for Gert Jan. So, no big deal.

The last time I was speaking to you from Kenya on the phone, I had been instructed by Gert Jan to coach you. God had said to Gert Jan that he had to utterly destroy Eelko and I had to make that clear to you. I really couldn't do that. If God has said that to Gert Jan, he should take care of it himself. I refuse. You told me that you had trouble with the idea that Eelko would have to be burned down. The only thing I could say to you was that I understood you very much. The very same evening I had a raging Gert Jan on the phone accusing me of not doing my job. But he would take over from me from now on. After your conversation with me, he talked to you on the phone and found out that you were lost. That was my fault, because I had not put it into your mind that it was the right thing to destroy Eelko. But after Gert Jan had been talking for two hours with you, you were all ready to destroy your brother.

One thing I know for sure, Dennis, is that if the curtain falls the damage will be vast for you too. The shame and the pain will eat you. When I see what kind of war scenes are enrolling within families and marriages, I get sick. This war is stirred up by Gert Jan. Like pastor, like people.

The only reason why all this madness can continue world-wide is at the grace of GCCI Leiden financing Gert Jan. You are one of the responsible persons and cannot hide behind ignorance any more. This can never end well. Because, if it does, God declares, so to say, a revolution in which anything goes; lying, intimidating, cheating, distortion, manipulation, brainwashing, spoiling, stealing, etc, etc. In summary, it is criminal behaviour which is created by Gert Jan and what he thinks he can afford to reach his goal. And it cannot be that God is going to reward it. Forget it. With all that, many, totally desillusioned church members will be totally lost . And you have been their pastor. You have been going before them and leading them into that area.

Back in Holland, it appeared clearly how much I am broke. Apart from my physical complaints I wouldn't be able to function correctly in society at the moment. I am more than allergic to anything smelling anyhow after dominance and a big mouth. From time to time I feel like decapitating someone. I'm not glad about that, nor do I excuse myself. This allergy expresses itself among other things in that I am in the clinch with Herman van der Lelie via the internet from time to time with my head full of rage. I still don't understand or know all things going on and wit all that his way of approach doesn't appeal to me, but apart from that I discovered one thing and that is that he, just like me, wants this sad comedy will soon come to an end to prevent more people from being hurt. I hope that Herman too will forgive my foolishness on the internet.

Suggestion would have been made that Glenn will co-operate with GCCI in the future again. If this is correct, let me rob you from an illusion. Even if the whole world turns GCCI, I will be the only one categorically to refuse. Forget about it. Leaving GCCI is the best thing I have been able to do in ages and i never regretted it even one millisecond.

In retrospect, I realised that with my hushing letter to the church I have cast a haze before their eyes. I know many people trust me and therefore couldn't make the right judgment. Therefore I feel obligated to send this letter to a large number of other people in church, for the truth must be heard. Then it is their own responsibility what they do with it, but they won't be able to hide behind ignorance either.

You may try hard again to distort this letter and to deny everything, but it won't change the truth. I'm not waiting for approval or applause. I'm not joining some group and don't want any group to join me at all. I only speak truth.

Nothing GCCI might 'achieve' will be able to pass what has been caused, nor excuse what has been caused already. Until Gert Jan starts taking responsibility for the pain he caused everywhere, even the quiet voices will be screaming for justice and thruth.

I hope with all my heart that you too will awake relatively in time, for it will otherwise crush you and your family. My heart goes out to you.

Take care.

Glenn Siegers

Ex-pastor GCCI.

I traced this on a dutch new site.Didnt want to be accused of peddling half truths, do I?Once again this was done using a translation site so there are many grammatical errors.

Leidse little finger star municipality GCCI made finances disaster of foreign help project Leidse church 'insanity' through Silvan clean courts continue of front page

LEAD - De Leidse church GCCI has a Keniaans project under prostitutes in a fiasco do end, says ex-predecessor Glenn Siegers. Church leader Gertjan Agtereek threw self in international concise adventures, made large debts and could not its appointments at the prostitutes comply with. Disappointed turned many of them back in the sex industry, declares Siegers. ,, The only drove that all this insanity world-wide through can go remain is that GCCI Lead Gertjan remains finance.''

The Keniaanse project is named by the Dutch GCCI-leadership regular as an example of the alleged international success of the church. That has in Lead about 150 members, but will world-wide meanwhile thousand church municipalities cover. According to Siegers however a farce is the world-wide size of GCCI and are the foreign adventures on a large drama run out. Someone else ex-leader that been is in Kenya, affirms Siegers story. Also newspaper The East African Standard writes over the failing of the work under street prostitutes. GCCI has paid tells money to hold further negative stories from Keniaanse newspapers, Siegers. According to him, Agtereek has broken hit the contract with the prostitutes 'glashard' then the money on. The girls have to take' remembers happened really no money a lawyer in the arm', Siegers Agtereeks words then that. ,, He said: Then we are at least of they af'.'' Not only the prostitutes in Kenya, but also church leaders in the countries where GCCI asset is will in money problems be come through the acting from Agtereek. Siegers writes that two Indian church leaders rent murderers behind self at got because she the debts, made on encouragement of Agtereek, could not redeem. The Indian of Moss Ebenezer, pastor and owner of an orphanage, was appointed as the head of GCCI India. That saddled up him on with a debt of 60,000 Euros, declares he self. A bible school in India for which Lead 300,000 tons in guilders had raised, has never been finished and in lapse hit. A bandlid of a Keniaanse music group that in Lead an action groomed, affirms that also they yet watch on payment of Agtereek. ,, If I see how everything in GCCI is degenerate until one large marketing campaign that to cost goes from men, then become I that nauseously of'', writes Siegers. ,, There is thrown with large numbers and success story round but at to show that GCCI tremendously is round so money within to get.'' As will Agtereek, after a street conversation in Nairobi of ten minutes with two masculine gay-prostitués the story spread that GCCI worked together with a network of thousand homosexual prostitués: A large lie'', concludes Siegers. According to him, Agtereek accepts however no argument. Then speaks he 'hours and hours on you in till deeply in the night' till you of tiredness differ sees' and until you on one line sit with Gertjan'. ,, Agtereek fences with its position as the man of God, the prophet that more knowledge then you yourself. On the duration, the you break total own personality and am you psychological broken and gehersenspoeld.'' Certainly 25 former co-workers and municipality members of Agtereek spoke out act opposite this paper in similar wordings over that one. On a website (http://mistandenagtereekgccileiden.punt.n ) that totally has been devoted to the states around the Leidse church, complain concerned over the 'poisonous atmosphere' around 'sect leader' Agtereek. A number ex-members that Agtereek want must become to save afgezet the municipality. About which we do not stop sigh normally with that dolls cupboard'', 'Monique' that GCCI leave has just on the webforum. ,, About which not back to the time that we in a canteen sat, simple only with a hungry heart to God, a simple music group, but with a passion: Do gods meet, without all that geldverslindende bombarie?'' Agtereek self is not accessible and GCCI Lead refuses to give comment.

Anyway that is the end of that tale.So the next time a European esp Armenian or American comes with an idea that seems too goood, it most probably is.I know this has been a long read so all comments will be appreciated!

Whoa Aco that is I think the longest post I have ever read ever.
And woeful as well.

Personally I have never believed in those preachers from outer space, you know those that proclaim special bla bla and never been to a single crusade that would claim to change my life unless it is by the mainstream churches that have been there and not johhny come lately. Your story has just affirmed my cynicism where church and godliness are concerned as it seems it is business as usual for all, churches requesting for donations and love gifts and crap like that. If I want to pay tithe I do not need any prompting just do not pretend I receive something in exchange.

So what did Gert Jan do with all those donations as it seems he was receiving money and paid jack.
I also think churches should be made to pay tax considering the number of those that are coming up, profitable business, looked kindly upon AND tax free.
That was one messed up fella I hope he rots in hell.

The armenians were in runda too and talking of development projects who knows maybe they also have such "lifesaving "plans.
That Francis Omondi fellow is a shame to his ilk should be first on the name and shame list for journalists.

Seems that Jozef person played a little too close to the mungiki and got burnt in the process.
The picture those Dutchmen had of Kenya in their head is sickening ati you experiment with deadlines and see how far you can go? Would they do that back home? Do not think so!

Refreshing post there.

Latest news about Gert Jan Agtereek. He moved from his place at Runda Grove 282 to another unknown place in Nairobi. He removed the pics from his Blog (http://360.yahoo.com/G_agtereek) with the four black galls in front of the big window. On that picture one could see a ‘apartment compound’ through the window in which they probably live right now.

He is hiding out for many creditors in Nairobi. Car boss Japhet Njenga from whom GCCI rented cars, is still getting 50.000 euro (that’s 5 million Kenyan Shilling!!) from Gert Jan Agtereek
( John). Until today Njenga didn’t receive one single penny. Imagine!
Manager Rajni Shah of 680 hotel is still getting 2500 euro (that’s 250 thousand Ksh) from Gert Jan Agtereek (John) Mister Ranji Shah of 680 hotel brought in a lawyer to prevent the Muzungu’s to leave Kenya without paying their debts.

Who knows where John’s present hide out place is? Check him out & follow him around & make his new address known & public. This man is a criminal who needs to be brought to justice!!

Gert Jan Agtereek run away from his own country (the Netherlands) because he created millions of euro’s debt & many enemies. Now he is doing exactly the same in Nairobi !!

We don't know where GJ is. If you know it? Tell us!

I hope that the Kenyan people have the possibilities and the guts to prosecute the guy and put him away for a while!!

This man will never stop telling how great he is, how wonderfull it is to have enemies and to be accused of cheating and all the other things he is blamed for!

He completely lost common sense of what is right and what is wrong. A madman causing a lott of pain in the name of himself using the name of Christ.

VRIJDAG 24 NOVEMBER 2006 LEIDSCH DAGBLAD

Church in Leiden doesn’t pay back loans. (Free translation from Dutch)

Source: Leidsch Dagblad dated December 15th 2006
Author: Janet van Dijk

Leiden - Members and ex-members of the controversial Large Task Church (Dutch GOG Grote opdracht gemeente) in Leiden don’t receive the loans back they provided at the church. This stood in a registered letter they received last week. Ex-members consider to go to the court.

One ex-member estimates the Pentecostal church loans at 2 or 3 million Euro from a group existing round 200 persons.

In the letter predecessor Dennis Sieval writes the church at the Turkooislane is not able to pay back the loans by unexpected circumstances. Because members walked away the incomes draw back, which resulted in a discontinuance of the foundation Great Task Church International (Dutch: Grote Opdracht Gemeente Internationaal). In January the church lost a lot of members after they accused the founder Gertjan Agtereek with manipulation and fraud. They stated the church has a debt in millions and church members were pressed to donate large money amounts or to loan to the church. Under the flag of the church were a lot companies, which needed a lot of money and also money was needed for founding thousands of churches, orphanages and bible schools in the whole world.

The church would be a sect, it tears families apart and ex-members are cursed and execrated. Agtereek never reacted on these accusations.

In the building at the Turkooislane are still religious services, but with the church name. In the building are located the addiction relief and the children day stay Joepie which are part of the organisation. The letter didn’t come by surprise said the ex-members.

“It is ridiculous” reacts Bab Star from Rijnsburg, he loaned the church an amount of 100.000 Dutch guilders, “but this was expected, so much debt they made is weird and the most strange thing is they keep this situation alive.” Some years ago he received the loan partial back and he has no serious financial problems. But others are more seriously victim. Star loaned the money for one year. At that time where no debts considered as known, Star had great confidence with the church leaders. The money was meant for investing in the companies. When the loan wasn’t paid back the Rijnsburger (citizen in Rijnsburg) became suspicious. 3 years ago he left the church. Financial it’s not a big problem, but he thinks it’s dramatic the current church leaders are not for reason susceptible and are lost totally: not imaginable. In the beginning it was fun and inspiring, now the leaders are cheaters who lie and deceive.

Jacob Winkelman, citizen in Leiden, loaned the church 8.000 Euro. He got 1.000 Euro back and calls himself a little debtor, compared with others who loaned a few tons. Still his lost is larger. Years ago he and his wife sold their house to found a bible school and medical centre for the church. They lived 2 years in the church building in south west, but the plan was never realised. It is still not clear why this didn’t happen. It cost us also a lot of money. Winkelman states the situation round the loans as annoying. Now they blame the people who stepped out which would result in not paying back the money. Like we spilled the money in stead of them.

In the same newspaper article another story (same newspaper and journalist)

Financially and emotionally destitute

The Leiden citizen Celeste Vromans and her husband loaned in 2005 an amount of 7.000 Euro to the church in the Turkooislaan. The situation the Great Task Church (Dutch: Grote Opdracht Gemeente) was in large debt was not known by them. A few months later in January they stepped out the church. Financially and emotionally destitute, says Vromans now. Her husband worked at the elementary school at the church, which doesn’t exist anymore. During a half year his salary wasn’t paid. They also gifted generously. At a certain moment they had to get a loan and the debt was still getting larger. We’re not in a situation you would like to be. With all the money they could have build a family house. Now I have nothing. They also didn’t follow education on the church leaders’ advice. Except the bible school which belonged to the Great Task Church International (Dutch: Grote opdracht gemeente).

Of course I did this myself, but then it was important to follow the leaders. Her husband started a business at that time, but in such a situation nothing goods will come out of your hands. She plans with other victims to fight further with support of family members who are willing to pay the advocate costs. I see it as a moral obligation towards the people in my environment who saw my struggle, when I didn’t see yet it was a struggle, and for the people who are still in this misery. Because the keep asking them money.

Controversial Leiden church forges ahead with new plans.

BY SILVAN SCHOONHOVEN
LEIDEN – Pastor Gert Jan Agtereek, whose Leiden Pentecostal church was discredited because of mismanagement, wants to establish an international academy for the financial and organisational control of churches .

The leader of the controversial church on the Turkooislaan announced that there will be a “great breakthrough” on the 9th September. He announced in a private gathering that in the autumn he is going to launch his Agtereek University with branches in New York and Hong Kong. He also said that on 9-9-9 ‘the truth ’ will be revealed about the series of scandals that have rocked his church in the last few years.
His Outreach Center Netherlands (OCN) is the extension of the Great Commission Church International (of GCCI) that was discontinued in 2006. Preacher Dennis Sieval of the OCN confirmed that in September there will be a teachings program, where “organisational and practical elements such as finances and bookkeeping” will be dealt with. The ‘lessons of the past ’ will be included, stated Sieval. Agtereek who claims to have five honorary doctorates refused to comment.
Agtereek and his church have been under fire for a number of years, from many of the ex-members who lent plenty of money in former projects that turned into fiasco’s. They accuse him of spiritual manipulation, abuse of power, squander and fraud. The pastor has been living since 2003 in Kenya, but comes regularly to Leiden.
The church affiliation on the Turkooislaan has in the last decade, according to estimates, had millions of euro’s worth of debts. In 2006 the creditors got to hear that GCCI had been discontinued and that they had lost their money for good. The church then carried on as OCN. In the meantime the church members started growing again.
------------------------------------

Bodyguard of the Pastor.

What does the leader of a worldwide church organisation do when he is temporarily back at his mother church? Extended shopping and dancing at a disco under the motto “investigating the youth culture”. And impress upon the church members the necessity to give more money.
These are the observations of Ron Hek who was the bodyguard of pastor Gert Jan Agtereek during his stay in The Netherlands. After 10 days he had just enough of the manipulation and the secretiveness that surrounded the controversial church leader.
Agtereek needed a bodyguard. Many ex-church members are owed plenty of money by the pastor. That is why, when he visits The Netherlands, he has to be careful that he doesn’t bump into the wrong ex-brother. “He was truly afraid about this”, said Hek. His chauffeur, Robin Sieval had to first make sure that none of the old faces, whom he knew from the church, were lurking around and waiting for the church leader when he returned to the Van der Valk hotel at Schiphol.
The circle around Agtereek, however, took the protection less seriously, related Hek. “They were sitting again at a meal from 2-6 in a restaurant, Beukenhof, in Oegstgeest, and I had to stay outside. People could just come and go as they wish. I got the impression that he found it impressive to be important enough to have a body guard.”
Hek had to wait hours on end before Agtereek wanted to go somewhere else. That could also be the Omniverse theatre, or he would go shopping. The latter took place in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, and took 2 whole days. The result of it all was 10 bags full of new clothes for Agtereek and his African secretary.
“Agtereek said that he had an important meeting with the Prime Minister of Kenya and so he had to look good. I noticed that when he arrived at Schiphol his suitcases were almost empty.”

Hushed.
Hek noticed that the Robin Sieval paid the expenses in advance from the drug rehabilitation, Winnersway, which is associated with the church. He had to withdraw the maximum amount on his bank card. Preacher Dennis Sieval from the church denies however, that Agtereek was shopping with funds from the church or drug rehabilitation. He reacted on behalf of Agtereek himself, who prefers to remain silent. Hek: ”In any case Robin Sieval impressed upon us to remain silent and not to mention to anyone anything about the shopping. Agtereek himself was very secretive about his business. “My life has got nothing to do with you”, he said.”
The bodyguard had to be ready 24 hours a day. For example if the pastor wanted to “go clubbing”, as he called it. That started the evening that he arrived at Schiphol. Two girls from the church, were approached to go with, Hek said. Together with Dennis Sieval, the group went to the discothèque, Escape in Amsterdam. This went under the motto of “investigating the youth culture”. “But there was no investigating. They didn’t bring the gospel either, they just danced. Agtereek behaved impatiently towards the other guests. He tried to make fun of them. I thought :”lf he carries on like this they are going to hit him.”
Again the following weekend Agtereek wanted to go the disco. “And when he phones you have to come... even if it is at 2 in the morning. That applies to everyone. You also have to stop immediately what you are doing, even with your work, if he needs you.”
Being unconditionally obedient to the leaders is compulsory in the church. Ron Hek was increasingly astonished just as was the assistant Danny Kraaijenoord. He worked for awhile at Winnersway, but he didn’t extend his contract because he was shocked at the disgraceful conduct around him. This happened in the church as well as in the rehab, which is housed in the same building on the Turkooislaan. “During the service authorization cards were handed out(this is to authorize a withdrawal from your account). A day later an angry Dennis Sieval climbed onto the stage. He had counted the offerings and the yield was ‘ridiculous’. There was going to be a new offering and Sieval hoped this time that the givers would be able to live with themselves. And so they carried on preaching for another half an hour. A hall full of people were admonished. “You could feel the fear."

Bible study.
Things were also very intense during the bible studies. “Agtereek shouted at his students :’fuck you‚ you are just a load of shit. I don’t need you at all’. You have to adapt yourselves to his vision, otherwise you can just get push off. Agtereek hinted that he would be glad if people left, so that a firm nucleus remained. I have never seen such a bible study like that.”
A few weeks ago a 19 year old girl, who was a member of the church, committed suicide in the Women’s Rehabilitation Centre of Winnersway. It was a dramatic incident where Kraaijenoord and Hek thought that the necessary attention would be given in the church service a day later. “Not even one second about the incident was mentioned”, they said. Dennis Sieval does not agree. “We sympathized with everyone and consoled people where it was necessary“, he let us know. “We never noticed a thing”, Kraaijenoord and Hek persited. “Agtereek spoke only about his large empire.” I even asked Dennis Sieval about the funeral, but he was very vague about it. The church service went as usual about being obedient to the leaders and giving away a large part of your income. ”
-------------------------------------

Fiasco upon fiasco.
The Great Commission Church International (GCCI, now Outreach Center Netherlands) has a long list of projects that have failed. On the photo you can see the remains of one of them : the concrete shell of a 3-storey bible school that was to be built in India. The church spent in total 183.573 euro, according to internal figures. This seemed however not enough for the whole building and Agtereek let the project fall. The structure is now overgrown with plants.
Examples of other failures.
- Agtereek started companies, among which was rice trading and an advertising agency with 20 personnel. The companies made huge losses and then went bankrupt.
- Church members ‘adopted’ orphans and made monthly contributions. The money was used for other purposes without informing the contributors.
- Agtereek established himself in Kenya, so that he could set up a world wide network of churches. He left a trail of debt with car rentals, rented houses, musicians, chauffeurs and others. The church in Kenya came to a standstill.
- A project for ex-prostitutes failed and the girls, totally disappointed, landed back on the street. Then the intimidation followed forcing them to stay quiet about everything.
- An orphanage in India had to send children away because the “money tap” in Leiden was closed.
-----------------------------------

Many churches?
De Leiden church claims to be the centre of a network of thousands of churches.
This figure has fluctuated somewhat in the last few years. Initially the claims didn’t go further than 4 – 5 thousand churches. Dennis Sieval even mentioned during a preach in the East Block a total of 12,000 churches. In Kenya Agtereek stated a figure of 50, 000.
The latest figure that preacher Dennis Sieval used was ‘more than 8, 000’. Names of these affiliated churches are nowhere to be found. The only organisation that is online and carries the GCCI-logo, is a children’s nursery school in Antwerp. Agtereek boasts about thousands of orphans and bibleschool students, but also here there is lack of evidence.

Glenn sending you and your family our Father's bestest blessings for healing and restoration. I just cannot believe that this guy has been able to continue his evil deception for so long without the law getting involved - this is madness and indeed a cult! Praise the Lord you have had the strength to see it for what it is and taken the positive step of removing yourself from the deception. I also pray for you to have the strength to continue to expose this cult for what it is as it is so important for the truth to be published by people who see the light because it has to stop and I do believe that our Father will have the victory ultimately. Bless you from Jan

This story is still continuing...

Mr. Agtereek is now back in Amsterdam/Leiden, a luck for your country, he isn't there any more.

They now used government money to spend in their church, the government only decided they are not allowed to take in new drug addicts. In our government some parties wanted to close Winnersway (which is part of OCN), but secretary of state Bussemaker wanted to give them a second chance. Yes, you really read this: even a debate took place in our Second Chamber in The Hague.

They will now be watched continuously by institutions and with one failure Winnersway will still be closed (money to the church of double declarations).

Kind regards,

Jan Willem

Thank you so much for keeping me updated! I think I should learn dutch so I can watch the program and see what this man is up to.

Jan Willem said...

Dear Acolyte,

I give a try to explain to you what is happening lately, because I understand already quite some Kenia citizens like to know what is going on. One of you even responded on the topical programm website Een Vandaag (Dutch: One Today). I hope more will follow to put their story there.

As you follow the images on the screen you see at prime time in Een Vandaag stored broadcastings that Agtereek's methods are explained.

The family Vromans, Jaap en Nel sold their house, lost with this their future to loan Gert Jan money. They thought it would be for bible churches and children in care homes, like they were told. They lost their house and now live in a flat. They only received round € 10.000 back from the loaned more then € 200.000,00.

Glenn explains how Gert-Jan works with all kind starting business, he moves money around, there are a lot of costs, but of course no incomes. All these businesses fail and went bankrupt. But it generated money.

I don't have to explain you the story of the girls Gert-Jan took from the street, you all know this story there.

But now Gert-Jan found a new way to generate money, by getting it from our government via Winnersway. Winnersway is a facilcity for drugs adicted to get clean. OCN church took money from the AWBZ, all Dutch pay for this. The money is used for health care, but some of it went to the OCN church. Further the employees had to work 40 hours a week and only got € 5,00 pocket money in a week. They signed a paper which said their government income would go to Winnersway. Also this money went partially to OCN. And because they worked 40 hours a week in places where they built new buildings Winnersway got money for this. Guess where this money went partially to? Right!

Now they started an online pyramide game on the internet. This is the last news. As soon the correspondent of Leidsch Dagblad, Silvan Schoonhoven, started writing about this, they put down the website.

Our Secretary of the government of Health Mrs. Jette Bussemaker gave Winnersway some points to improve the next 2 weeks. If they don't get these requests done, she might be able to close Winnersway. The supervision of Winnersway is done by a separate institution, the so calles Care office (Zorgkantoor). They gave the Secretary Jette Bussemaker a negativ report even after investigations at Winnersway. I already understood it will be probably Winnersway will loose the AWBZ support from the government.

Municipality Leiden already told to warn all coming patients not to sign to give their income from them away, they also will warn new patients of the bad care situtation at Winnersway. This way it might be possible no new clients will go to Winnersway.

I hope I explained something now about this whole matter. If you have any questions about this, please let me know.

My excuses for my bad English, it is quite late for me now.

Hello there,

I like to announce that Gert Jan Agtereek was in Leiden this weekend and he went back to your country after this weekend.

Eénvandaag topical broadcast television programm already put a photograph on their webiste at http://www.eenvandaag.nl. On this photograph you see Marinde V. confronting the Big guy with the loaned money to her parents. On the background you see the Eenvandaag interviewer.

I hope people in your country (the ones who still need money from GJA) will also confront him one day with a topical television programm. Or that one of the girls will tell their story at television? Otherwise he will feel quite save hiding in Kenya. The main thing is: justice has to be done with the law as the base in this matter in your country!

Tonight the broadcast will take place, see my last message. You can view this broadcast later on the same url at http://www.eenvandaag.nl.

Update Winnersway about drug rehabilitation centre connected to OCN (former GCCI)

Mrs. Dr. J. Bussemaker, our Secretary of State for the Ministry for Public Health wrote a new letter October 29th, 2009 concerning Winnersway drug rehabilitation centre, which is connected to the OCN church (which has a new name by now) of Gert Jan Agtereek.

I try to give a brief description of the head points in this letter:

The original letter can be found at the next url, of course in Dutch:

http://www.minvws.nl/kamerstukken/lz/2009/brief-inzake-winnersway.asp

Short content of this letter:

The IGZ (Intern Health Care governmental organization) investigates and will bring report at Mrs. Dr J. Bussemaker at November the 4th 2009. In this investigation they will give a final report whether Winnersway gave a follow up at her demands begin October, because they failed in many ways.

The Care Office (Zorgkantoor, another governmental institution which checks several things) already gave a negative report on October 16th 2009, they already broke down the agreements for 2009 and 2010 with Winnersway. They already said the care did not fit to the demands and they don’t trust any change in this anymore. They also told about their doubts about the connection of Winnersway directors border with OCN.

Questions of a member of the Second Chamber which concern the Ministry of Justice will be passed through them. The FIOD (Fiscal Intelligence Investigation Services) will be asked when necessary to start an investigation because it is wanted by the Directorate Healing Care institutions (CSZ). The CSZ will at first hand investigate financial interlocking between the OCN church and the drug rehabilitation centre Winnersway. The result will be known at November 16th 2009.

If there are reasons in which Winnersway passed the border of the law, then notification will take place at the Public Prosecuter and the Ministry of Justice will prosecute the responsible people. But of course there must be grounds found to prosecute, otherwise nothing will happen.

To go short, everything is according to our Dutch law, the minister said about the broadcastings that this “matter awakes emotions”, but she is right saying she has to follow the law in this. Let me remark (Jan Willem) that she did this in an excellent way, she fully interpreted all possibilities in our law system.

For short this is the last news about Gert Jan Agtereek, who is in your country at the moment, soon there will be a new follow up.

No rights can be derived from the content of this document. The information laid forth in the this writing is checked carefully but may be subject to changes.

Let me know what you think!

Kind regards,

Jan Willem

The owner of Barndesteeg 6 in Amsterdam decided not to extend the rent to Winnersway from januari 1st, 2010.

Winnersway used this facility to give food to the homeless people and they tried to place drug addicted persons to drugs rehabilitations centers.

So Winnersway has tot look for a new facility, but since they were on television at topical broadcasting programm 1 Vandaag it will be quite difficult to find new accommodations.

With kind regards,

Jan Willem

Dear fans of this blog,

Winnersway drugs rehab center closed

Our Secretary of State in Health, Dr. Mrs. J. Bussemaker closed Winnersway temporarily which was connected to the OCN (former GCCI) church.
She decided this because they didn’t give enough attention to the demands she gave in October 2009.

We’re glad the Winnersway clients will find alternative rehabs to follow their program. All the clients have to leave Winnersway.

Final closure is nearly sure, the expectations that they will give a good follow up to the last demands Dr. Mrs. J. Bussemaker gave are very uncertain. Then over about 2 weeks the rehab will be closed.

We’re glad with the persistence of our members of parliament and are thankful how they handled these matters.

With kind regards,

Jan Willem

Our Sercetary of State, Mrs. dr. Jette Bussemaker took her decision about Winnersway, the drug rehab center connected to former OCN church after receiving the final reports of the financial watcher CSZ.

She decided to close the rehab and withdrew their permission by law.

This means former OCN (now under new name) can't expect any money from the government anymore.

The replacing of the Winnersway clients takes longer then expected because of their various problems. But Mrs. Dr. Bussemaker will take care that the Take Care Office (Dutch: Zorgkantoor) will replace these people.

Another OCN related isue closed with this, let's wait what is next.

With kind regards,

Jan Willem

PYRAMID SCHEME AFTER WINNERSWAY.

BY:-SYLVAN SCHOONHOVEN

LEIDEN- The addiction rehabilitation centre, Winnersway is not yet shutdown and the men who are responsible for the centre are looking for new sources of income. In Kenya, the Leiden pastor Gertjan Agtereek, has begun a pyramid scheme under the guise of religion. Pyramid schemes are forbidden in the Netherlands. Agtereek has unfolded his plans on the following website:- www.ministry-network.com
The purpose of this network is that members pay a monthly amount, then they themselves introduce new members in the form of a so-called M12 group, a group of 12 followers like Jesus and his 12 disciples. These members also pay a contribution and then they must get to work to find followers. The person who succeeds in establishing two “generations”, that is 144 new members, receives a substantial amount from the organisation. But anyone who dares to say anything negative about the organisation has a fine of 100, 000 shillings (€892) hanging over his head : this is a small fortune in Kenya.
What precisely the advantages of the membership of M-Net are, remain vague. There is a promise of church training/education, that according to the site is “internationally recognisable”, especially by “universities in the USA”. M-Net is already “in 50 countries” with an office in New York. The controversial church leader was already busy at the beginning of the year, behind the scenes, with plans for a “Agtereek University”. Agtereeks name or that of the helpers of the Leiden Pentecostal church OC N do not appear anywhere on the M-Net site. The site however seems to be registered at the same postal address as the previous Kenyan branch of the Leiden church.
M-Net is described as an enterprise of the Association of Great Commission Churches and Ministries (AGCCM). This is registered by the Chamber of Commerce at the Leiden address – Turkooislaan 131, where the OCN church and Winnersway are housed. The board members are the Leiden OCN and Winnersway leader, Dennis Sieval and his wife. The 3rd board member is the Leiden lawyer Roger Lelkens, who lived for a short while in Kenya. Sieval denies that this is a pyramid scheme.

PYRAMID SCHEME AFTER WINNERSWAY.

BY:-SYLVAN SCHOONHOVEN

UNLIMITED MONEY, HALLELUJAH!!
The Leiden OCN church is again extracting money from believers using a pyramid-like construction. The SP and PVV have been asked for the 2nd time to have an emergency debate in Parliament over the comings and goings of the Pentecostal church in the Turkooislaan.
The pyramid scheme, “Ministry Network” or M-Net was established by Gertjan Agtereek. He tried a few years ago to start a worldwide church network. He also founded “Club 100” where he tried to get 100 most intimate friends to pay €50 a month to be able to view family photos and have access to his chat site.
Now he has launched an extensive website with the purpose of generating money from Kenyan believers. Pastors who are already members enthusiastically recommend M-Net. “It is a great opportunity to acquire a university education” and “to earn unlimited money”. “This is your only chance don’t miss it, God Bless and stay blessed, Hallelujah!”
However, membership is not only freedom and joy. Whoever sends in an application have their hands and feet immediately bound to a long list of conditions orders and demands. The unsuspecting member is responsible for any members that don’t pay, whom he has recommended. He has to immediately accept assignments from the leaders and carry them out with the utmost priority. The copyright of any work done has to be relinquished, and he has to always be telephonically available, but most of all: everything, absolutely everything that has to do with the Network must remain a secret. It is forbidden for the members to speak anything but positive things about the Network, the leaders or their families. Punishment for violating any rules is cashing in the equivalent of one years Kenyan salary. It also looks like you are being employed and are receiving a salary, when in fact you must pay in.
“You just don’t understand anything: commented OCN pastor Dennis Sieval on these accusations. You will see that this is not a pyramid scheme. The website was a while later offline.
What is a pyramid scheme?
According to the law of games of chance, the pyramid scheme “is, an opportunity whereby participants make a deposit or enter into an agreement in order to have the benefit of acquiring a portion of the goods or an obligation that subsequent participants make or enter into.” These pyramid constructions are often disguised, for example, it arouses the thought that members think that the membership is good for something other than what it is intended for and that to introduce new members is just a side-business, whilst the scheme really revolves around jockeying for participants.

PRESTIGIOUS HIGHRISE FLATS IN NEW YORK AND MANILLA

CHURCH LEADER RECRUITS PERSONNEL FOR A NEW MULTINATIONAL COMPANY.
By:-Sylvan Schoonhoven

Leiden- The church leader, Gertjan Agtereek, who has been accused of swindling, is now looking for personnel for a new multinational company that he has founded. This “Design & Development Group” boasts of glittering office towers in New York and Manilla. The chances are great that, after previously failed business adventures, that again this will eventually come to nothing.
Agtereek, leader of the controversial Leiden Pentecostal OCN is looking for musicians, writers, data administrators, web designers, assistants, theologians and many others. The name of Agtereek doesn’t appear anywhere on the impressive website of the D&D group (www.dndsite.com). The setup of the website, however, very clearly carries his fingerprint. One of the employee recruits turns out to be FeMarie Almazora. Almazora has been Agtereeks assistant since the time that Agtereek has tried to establish worldwide church networks of GCCI. Also for GCCI, personnel were recruited on a large scale with exciting words. This ended up, in many cases, in conflict and unpaid salaries, loss of income and eventually bankruptcy.
Agtereek has been living in Nairobi, Kenya since 2003. From this location he still had leadership over the church organisation OCN and the addiction clinic Winnersway situated on the same premises, Turkooislaan. The pastor and his organisation have been for a long time under scrutiny for fraud and swindling, but the last few months, there has been extra attention to their comings and goings. There have been inspections and politicians are concerned about them. That the church leader is looking for new sources of income now that the money tap of Winnersway, under pressure from the politicians, was closed, was already evident last week. It became clear that from Leiden a church pyramid scheme under the name of Ministry Network was in the making. With the enterprise D&D, Agtereek gives his dream the chance of not only a church, but also a business to be successful.
Rockefeller
It is evident from personnel advertisements, that whoever solicits for a job at D&D must have an affinity with Pentecostal churches. The company has, as far as the eye can see, very little to with faith. The enterprise commends itself as “designer and developer of constructive concepts for special markets”. D&D designs “ideas”, “organisations”, “training”, “communication” and “technology”– that is, just about everything under the sun. The clientele includes universities, but also development help organisations, banks, and indeed also churches. Names of clients are not made known.
It is suggested that D&D is a large, prestigious, international company with many departments and talented employees. One of the offices is housed in the Rockefeller Center in New York. A second office has recently opened its doors in the just as impressive Enterprise Center in Manilla, Philippines. In both cases, however, it appears that this is merely a “virtual office”. It is nothing more than an impressive address, telephone number and a service that sends on the post to the owner. “Use a wvirtual office to make the most impressive impression on your clients, ” writes the company, Regus, that hires fake offices.

PVV : “Round up group”
The PVV has in writing asked extensive questions to state secretary Bussemaker (National Health). She wants the department not only to be concerned with the addiction centre, Winnersway, but also with the affiliated Leiden Pentecostal church. PVV – member of Parliament, Fleur Agema, demands that “Agtereek and his men call a halt to the situation” and asks if the state secretary is “prepared to round up this group and to prosecute”. The victims must receive state help and ex-clients should be able to re-claim their snatched money. She also wants to know why the government did not intervene earlier.

Leiden evangelist harasses ‘converted’ prostitutes in Kenya
‘Sexual intimidation of pastor’

BY SILVAN SCHOONHOVEN
NAIROBI – Church leader Gertjan Agtereek of the Leiden Pentecostal church OCN seeks in a demanding way sexual contact with women that he himself, in the name of the Faith, promises to deliver them out of prostitution. This is stated by victims in Kenya.
Members of the affiliation at the Turkoois Avenue have to give up substantial amounts of their income. Church members also took out loans – that in many cases were never paid back. Believers believed that their money would find their way to Agtereek’s good works in Africa. The pastor himself travels back and forth between Leiden and Nairobi, where he keeps himself hidden out of fear from his creditors. In Nairobi, 2004, using money from Leiden, he put into motion a rescue campaign for prostitutes. He bought them off the street and housed them in a women’s house where some sort of training and a salary was promised. When the debts increased, the women were without any explanation put back on the street, whilst they had months of their salary still owed to them.
When the women complained, the pastor threatened them with lawsuits or to disclose their past. The majority of the prostitutes were forced back into their old profession. At this moment in time the church is again busy in setting up a new women group.

Prostitute Faith Gacheri Mwenda, from the first group states that Agtereek regularly bombards her with indecent requests. “He phoned every evening asking if he could sleep with me” she said. “I was scared to death” According to her and two other colleagues Agtereek has approached other women.

It is very difficult to oppose the demanding advances: Faith had to sign a strangling contract to take part in the women group. The “employee” had to be 24/7 available telephonically. Disobedience to the “employer” led to dismissal. If the employee at any time spoke in a negative way over the organisation or “over the personal life of the employer”, then you were threatened with a maximum penalty of one-year salary.
The organisation has already approached the women and tried to force them to take back their statements.

Problems in the Leiden Pentecostal church
‘He wanted to make me drunk so that he could persuade me to have sex with him. “

‘RESCUED ’ WOMEN ACCUSE CHURCH LEADER GERTJAN AGTEREEK OF SEXUAL INTIMIDATION
SUDDENLY THE EVANGELIST WANTED MORE.
BY SILVAN SCHOONHOVEN
CONTINUATION OF FRONT PAGE

NAIROBI – The converted prostitute, Faith Gacheri Mwenda was phoned every evening for sex. It was not her clients that phoned her, it was the evangelist from Leiden who moved to Kenya with the power of faith that rescued her out of prostitution.

Faith is now living in a hut between the car exhaust fumes, corrugated iron roofing, and free running chickens in a village just outside Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. When she was till living under the wings of the Leiden evangelist, things looked very different. The Dutchman had a mansion in Nairobi’s most luxurious suburb, that was furnished as a “women’s house”. Through the Leiden church, the street whores would study an honourable trade: dancing, singing, modelling. They were even taken to the church in Leiden, in the Netherlands, to tell of their success.
But suddenly it was all over and their future exploded like a burst soap bubble. There was no more money and the ladies were, without excuse put onto the street, where nothing else but their old customer circle awaited them in the pole-dancing clubs.

Ian Wainaina worked at the women’s house till it abruptly came to an end. In the meantime he has become a well-known Kenyan artist, but he was employed as a dance teacher. He noticed how scared the prostitutes were of their rescuer, Gert-Jan Agtereek.
“The atmosphere could be very pleasant, especially when he wasn’t there. He then entered into the room and everyone was still. He was just like a mafia boss.

Already then there were rumours that the church leader made abuse of his position. There was a change in Agtereeks thinking, said those who were involved. That happened at the same time that Agtereek made his decision in 2003 to move to Kenya – with money from Leiden and in the name of Christ – to do good works on the African continent.

Before Gertjan emigrated, the Pentecostal church was very modest – “dowdy, drab”, claimed a former member. The women wore dresses to their ankles, going to the beach was forbidden because of the temptations there. A man and a woman were not allowed to be together in one room.
But with the evangelical work with the street prostitutes he totally went to the other extreme, related those who were involved. Suddenly it was announced in the Leiden church that women must go to the market and buy sexy underwear.
“He took girls into his house”, said a former employee about Agtereek in Kenya. “he paid one of the prostitutes 1200 euros to make a video about how you as a woman can please a man. This was for the church in Leiden, because the people there were too old fashioned when it came to sexual matters”.
Glenn Siegers was in those days the Agtereeks assistant pastor in Kenya. “He would sometimes suddenly say in the middle of the night that the Holy Spirit has inspired him to go to the clubs. And then he would go. We always had to sit in the sex clubs where the girls were pole dancing. It was totally unhealthy. Agtereek looked at porno under the motto of “doing research” because he wanted to set up church dating sites.

A friend pastor from the Congo asked point blank: “does he sleep with the girls?”
One of the girls, that wants to remain anonymous because of reprisals, confirmed that that happens. “He takes them in his car and then lets them perform sexual acts”.

PART III
Yaleesa is Glenn’s daughter. She was fourteen when her father worked as righthand for Agtereek in Kenya, and she has sickening memories of that time. “Gert-Jan took us with him to the streets where the prostitutes hang around and I also had to go with. We went to the sex club called Madhouse, a sinister place, and certainly not a place for a young girl to be in. I didn’t feel at all at ease. He said to me: I am curious as to how you would dance in a place like this. Go dance! It made no sense, there I stood then amongst the prostitutes. I can also remember that he once prayed for me. He laid his hand on my head and began to speak in tongues. Then he whispered into my ear ”Do you participate in self-gratification?” Only later did I realise how bizarre that was, I was only fourteen. When we were back in the Netherlands, because or everything, I had to see a psychologist for a while. Back then there were already rumours that he did things at night with the girls that came from the streets, but I never saw anything myself. “
“At first we were allowed to go with, ” relates a former employee over the street evangelising at night. “Later, he wanted to go alone on the street with the girls as that was his “anointing” (a God given talent), we did warn him that this could go against him. There was one time when we had to collect him from the police station as he was arrested with a girl in his car. An employee had to draft a letter saying that he had had permission to walk around at night in the prostitute area, because he was busy with trying to convert the girls. She drafted the letter, but left the organisation almost immediately because she didn’t agree with his story.

Dead scared

Back to the here and now of Faith. In the meantime she again has a house, but she still works as a prostitute. “So that I can feed my baby. Sometimes I don’t even get paid. My clients sometimes abuse me.”
Her situation is painful, but not as wretched as it was when her and all her friends were put out the house by the Leiden people. Because of lack of income she had to spend many days on the street with her newborn baby. “I have never experienced something like this. I just had no money. I had no place to go to. I have no family in Nairobi. I had no food”.
When she still stayed in the women’s house she never noticed anything strange. But when she moved out, it all started. “He would phone me often. There was a period when he phoned every evening. He asked me then if I was already sleeping and what I was wearing. He asked about my underwear. He asked me everything about sex and if I would sleep with him. I was dead scared. He also looked me up to get his way, also took me out to a restaurant near the petrol station. He brought me a large bottle of alcohol in the hope of getting me drunk so that he could have his way with me. But I don’t drink and just wanted to go home. He continued to hassle me and asked: why can’t it? He found me nice, he said, he found my figure nice. Okay, maybe that is so, I said, but I can’t go to bed with you. I was so scared. I never took him up on his invitation, but I know that other girls did. He visits clubs in Nairobi where he first went to take girls off the streets. I asked him why he hasn’t paid my salary if he is so rich and so influential. He didn’t want to hear anything more about it. He said: just let’s forget about the past. I heard that he is starting a new church and a new women’s group. After what has happened I am scared of churches, I don’t go there anymore”.

PART IV

The pressure on Faith to be obedient to the church leader is great because she has signed a contract whereby Agtereek totally commands availability and obedience. In the contract it states that Faith is employed as a “representative” working 8 hours a month for 100 euro. She has to then be available and accessible “24 hours a day and seven days a week”. She must carry out assignments from her employer immediately. Everything that she sees and hears must remain secret. She may not in any way speak “negatively over her employer or the organisation”. And also not over “him or his personal life”. Remarkable is also the section that states that she may not make any claim to photo’s or portraits of an employee that is in the possession of the employer. Breaking the contract means a penalty of 1000 euro (three quarters to a whole years salary in Kenya) and furthermore a fine. When Faith wanted to use the contract to collect her salary that was in arrears, Agtereek wasn’t available. “He said to me that I wasn’t allowed to go to the police with that document. He said to me: you can take me to court but you don’t know for sure if the contract is real or fake. He became very threatening.“

Psychologist: Narcisme is typical of guru’s

Forensic psychologist Ernst Ameling knows for certain: church leader Gertjan Agtereek is a narcist with small traits from the borderline personality disorder. Ameling is former head of the psychological section of the Pieter Baan Centre, that gives the court advice about the accountability of criminals.
Ameling realises that it is risky to give a diagnosis of someone without examining him, but on the basis of the extensive video material, one can form a picture. It looks like the pastor is good at falsifying things, thereby creating a small kingdom that he holds in existence, says Ameling. Wanting to have control over many followers is characteristic of a narcist. “This tendency comes from a huge need to feel safe, largely resulting from feeling unsafe in ones youth. If I were to examine him, I would ask: do you think that you could rely on your mother or father, even if you have done something very wrong?”
People who want to control others and make them your possession, mostly have a problem with their own identity. “You thereby create the feeling that you exist thanks to the others. You want to enclose the others as it were in your own identity. This goes one step further than narcism. If the other person does something that you are not happy with then there are arguments.”
Ameling suspects that the church leader can make “quick assessments”, but he has a lack of being able to empathise with the feelings and emotions of others. “He can only place himself in another person with a certain purpose: financial gain or power. This is the empathy of the salesman. You often see this type of personality with guru’s and other religious leaders. Just like a car salesman, they can quickly see how you react and then they know what to say to keep you interested. “
The church leader has an antenna for his potential victims, estimates Ameling. “These are fearful people with very little independence, they need to be guided in purpose and direction. He plays on that.” The victims often themselves have an identity problem, thinks Ameling. “Stable people aren’t led up the garden path like this.”
Agtereeks tendency to mirror the vision of his followers in his worldwide organisation doesn’t come as a surprise, according to the forensic psychologist. “Because you felt small as a child, you strive for importance. Houses, jets, offices and power. “It all has to be expensive and worldwide.”

PART V

Prostitute Eshter is now also an alcoholic, thanks to the church.
Worse off than before the conversion.

Esther Senewa was, just as Faith was, set free from the red light district by the Dutch people. And just like Faith, also landed with a hard bang back on the street when the evangelist could not use her anymore.

“I met them in 2004, when I was still working as a prostitute in the clubs. We heard that a group from the Netherlands were holding auditions. I thought that I would try my luck. There were more than a hundred girls, yet I was chosen. I was chosen in the section of dancing, because my singing was not so strong.
I could give all my furniture away with no problem, they said, because we were all going to live in a large villa, where we would have a much better future. We would be an example to other girls who were living on the streets. I worked so hard, I did my best, hoping that I would be able to keep this job with dancing. I did everything that they asked of me.
Gertjan, was at first very friendly and loving, but later he appeared to be quite different. He didn’t want to speak to us anymore, he pushed us away. We went to his house wanting an explanation, but he didn’t even come outside, whereas he at first had overwhelmed us with his love - sometimes a bit too much.
Our salaries were not paid from March till September. He promised that we would have a much better life. But nothing was farther from the truth. He would teach us business, but nothing came of that. He said that he was a millionaire, that he had accumulated his first million when he was in his twenties. He knew many influential people in Europe. He would shortly be buying his first private aeroplane. But why then was he not paying us. We said that we were not going to leave the house till he had paid us. He then threatened that he would call the police to throw us out. One of the girls threatened to go to the press. Gertjan said then that he would tell her new partner about her past. He subsequently did and that created major problems.
It was terrible that we had to get out the house. My child was already going to school, I had given up my own house and had not one cent. I couldn’t just go back to the clubs because I had told my clients that they did not have to phone me anymore. So I then went to cheaper clubs here in the area. Even then it was difficult to get work as I had given all my sexy clothes away. In the clubs they sell cheap beer and so I began to drink and so became an alcoholic. The situation was much worse than before. I also became pregnant.
Gertjan is to blame for everything. If I had not believed in him, I would not be where I am now. All I wanted was to work like other women, who could take care of themselves.”

PART VI

A soap of ten years

How did the Leiden Pentecostal church end up with all these problems? A reconstruction. The amounts are in Euros.

1994
Pastor Ab Agtereek from the Rhema Christian Church handed the leadership of the church over to his son Gertjan. The church was held in a college building in Oegstgeest.
1999
This was the first year with a financial loss. The church moved to another building on the Turkoois Avenue. There were conflicts with neighbours because of the noise. Insulation cost €50. 000. They changed their name – new name: Great Commission Church International (GCCI).
Gertjan Agtereek was conned 3 times by Nigerians. Damage: €100. 000.
Church members donated €183,500 for a Bible school in India. Only the skeleton was built, it was never finished.
Drug/alcohol addiction centre Winnersway established.
2000
Evangelising campaigns organised to 5 countries. Church paid for many tickets: €170.000. Travel agent threatens to disrupt church services if the church does not pay. Church wants to loan €400. 000 from a church member.
2001
Money owing on the rent of the building runs up to €210. 000 euro. Church members loan hundreds of thousands.
2002
Church establishes Excellence Computer Service, an advertising bureau Popcom and a rice business, Quick Quality World. Agtereek hires a text writer from a Dutch television soap, Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden (Good times, Bad times) and twenty well paid personnel. Agtereek wants to establish a denim jeans line called 4CrazyFriends, sell houses in Turkey and ships in Iran.
Church members loan more than €200. 000 for Bible schools. The money, however, is used to pay off debts. New commercial director of Excellence gets €10. 000 euro per month. (with the prospect of €20. 000) plus Volvo S60.
Church holds a demonstration outside an abortion clinic and establishes the organisation, Made for Life. They lose a court case against Fabel, the illegal. Demonstations are halted.
Church member loans €100.000. Church writes him in as a staff member with a high salary to enable getting a high mortgage at the bank.

PART VII

2003
Church leader, Dennis Sieval announces in Bulgaria that GCCI consists of 12.000 churches.
Agtereek moves to Kenya.
There are major plans to help orphans and prostitutes. Agtereek flies all over the world to convince churches to become a member of GCCI. Telephone accounts go up to €21.000 euro per month. Debts from the church and the companies reach two million. Agtereek is no longer connected to the church, declares Sieval. Newly appointed people brought into reorganise are shocked at the bookkeeping. They close the primary school of the church, De Voltreffer; but nursery school Joepie remains open.
2004
GCCI Kenya reaches out to, according to what they say, 15.000 prostitutes. Twenty women are taken off the streets.
2005
Most of the prostitutes land back on the street after the church breaks its promises.
A church member who had criticism, was openly condemned in a church service and told to leave.
Agtereek establishes Club100 : church members may for €50 euro a month join the circle of the ‘intimi’.
Director of GCCI India is furious. He has to close orphanages because financial promises are impaired. Salaries were never paid.
The orphanage in Nairobi report that two orphans died because money that was promised from Leiden was not paid. For two years church members gave monthly to “their” orphan, but the money was used behind their backs for other purposes.
Agtereek asks the inhabitants of the slums to give 1 euro a month in exchange for help.
2006
Ex-church leader Glenn Siegers openly circulates a letter with heavy accusations about Agtereek. Many church members leave the church. Sieval announces that he is glad that the doubting people have left. The total debt is now more than three million.
The church informs their creditors that they can whistle for their money. New name Outreach Center Netherlands (OCN).
Universities in the USA and India deny that gave Agtereek honorary doctorates He claims that he has five.
2009
Winnersway is discredited: the care given to the addicts seems to be way below standard. The suicide of a young client could have been avoided. Subsidy money received for the care centre, Winnersway, from the government was transferred to the church. Emergency debates and questions in the Senate. Investigation from the Inspection of Health Care. Interim director who wants to separate church and addiction care centre is fired. State Secretary, Bussemaker, closes Winnersway. Agtereek builds a website for a financial pyramid scheme. He recruits personnel for a new multinational organisation.
2010
Church grows again. Bible studies for €250 are given. Gertjan Agtereek accused of sexual intimidation.

I recently saw a testimony about this spell caster, before that, my problem was that, A guy i who have been dating me for 8 months departed from me because he fell in love with someone else, I was so hurt and depressed. so a friend suggested the idea of contacting a spell caster, which I never thought of myself. after i contacted dr.marnish@yahoo.com for his help. I asked him to do a love spell for me so that my lover can come back to me, but before the spell was done, I was a bit skeptical about his capacity to bring my man back to me. Only 3 days after the spell was actually cast, my lover returned to me and since then, it seems that there is no more mistrust and no more lies between us. He doesn't cheat me now. Also, I feel no heartache anymore For that reason, I will never forget the good Dr Manish did to me, there is no word to say how grateful I am for returning my lover back to me, I am gladly leaving a testimonial on this page,
