Anyone of you ever watch that movie starring Al Pacino?It was a pretty goood movie.But title aside I am sure that you are all buzzing about the Delamare verdict where the AG cancelled the case against Tom Delamare so that they could have an inquest and anyone who lives in Kenya knows that once there is an inquest that no-one goes to jail all that comes out is one long report which is rarely released in it's entirety to the public.
And the worst thing was the speed with which Delamare was freed.Other innocent convicts have rotted in remand for years on end.Some never surviving to prove their innocence.
Personally I think that the smiling AG has gone way too far on this one.I'd also like to know what the hell he is always smiling about in the first place!
